Goodbyes are always hard.
Even if you are moving onto something greater, the mere fact that something is ending, leaves us with a sense of pain.
As happy as I am for those who are graduating this weekend, I can’t help but feel a sense of heartache.
Whether its a best friend, a roommate, a mentor, or a lover, saying goodbye is never easy. But I can take hope in the fact that I will see them again. Maybe not in this lifetime, but in the next.
